The extension is not detecting the price. What should I do?
Make sure you are on an individual product page, not a search results or category page. Navigate directly to the product listing and click Scan Price again.
I'm not receiving email alerts.
Check your spam or junk folder. Add our email to your contacts to ensure delivery. Alerts are sent from our server every hour.
How do I switch between platforms?
Click the platform indicator at the top of the Track tab to return to the platform selector and choose a different one.
How often are prices checked?
Our servers check tracked supplier prices every hour, automatically, even when Chrome is closed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from the Upgrade tab inside the extension. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?
Send us an email and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.
